I am an experienced and certified CNA and immediately available. I can assure you that I am caring, compassionate and reliable. I have experience, and have great references. Where I have worked before, seniors, their families and medical teams have all appreciated my work and the ethics that come with it. Some of the skills I have and duties I can do are outlined below. I have excellent communication skills, computer literacy within MS Office, the internet, and email. I have excellent skills in working with seniors and individuals with disabilities. I am also fluent in English and little bit of french. I am very organized, tidy, dedicated, honest, and trustworthy. I can assist with the activities of daily living, including: bathing, dressing, changing diapers, toileting, feeding, etc. I can cook, and check food regularly for expired food and plan for groceries and meals. I am capable of providing needed support and companionship to clients during ambulation and transfers. I am happy to call friends/family for visits, and will accompany clients to doctor's appointments and visitations. I have experience cleaning and tidying up client's homes, can assist with exercise as instructed by experts, and will insure medication reminders.
