If your looking for someone familiar with diet and health needs you have come to the right place. I have experience with every form of diet you can possibly think of from the Makers Diet, the PH Miracle, 7 Pillars of Health, Paleo Diet, and even the Specific Carbohydrate diet. I have restored myself to a more vibrant health from full adrenal exhaustion and undiagnosed Celiac disease. I have many talents in the kitchen with picky eaters, to needing to get calories as well as nutrients into foods. I encourage whole foods, organic eating, and the healthiest local foods. I will however work with anyone's lifestyle and budget. I know many people may be curious about healthier options and need help getting through the transition.
I will work on a sliding scale depending upon the needs of the client. If you have a higher need, and more days/hours we can work together to build a plan that works for you.
