Foot Treatment: Foot treatments start off with dry-buffing with a four sided pedi-brush (yours to keep). Feet are then softened in a scented bath enhanced with warm milk and super moisturizing oils. Exfoliated with your choice of our scented or unscented product line. Ending with a moisturizing warm butter foot rub.

I have been advocating for nutrition, health and well being for over 20 years, and changed the lives of women wanting to lose weight or having difficulty with peri-menopause and menopause, single parents needing balance in their lives, and special needs children (including their families). Because of the great impact nutrition and diet has had on so many individuals and their families, I decided to get certified as a Health Coach at the largest nutrition school in the world, Integrative Nutrition in NYC. I also have a background in the Visual Arts, Accounting, English and Psychology.
