I also coordinate with sales regarding shipping/receiving related to order fulfillment, schedule and monitor conference rooms for our company, answer all route incoming calls and respond to requests for information, controlling expenses, responsible for the appearance of the office, schedule/monitor daily assignments in a timely manner and any other duties and projects as assigned by upper management. I am proficient with MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. I am able to work in a demanding environment with limited supervision.
