I am a professionally trained patient care technician. Over the years, I have been working with seniors with various conditions and disabilities. I am a certified nurse's assistant and can enable a greater outcome for seniors I am servicing. I have worked and trained in two of the most highly recommended nursing facilities.The qualities and skills that I have acquired over the years has given me positive feedback from families I've worked with. I have a gentle ear and am very very passionate about helping the elderly. I can assist with transfers, feeding, bathing, clothing, and normal day to day routines with clients. I am very flexible with my schedule which allows me to be available for my clients if there was ever to be an emergency. I have worked with clients that have been diagnosed with colon cancer, paraplegic, colostomy bags, catheters, and those who are wheel chair based. I have completed a graduate internship at a well known hospital, as of two months ago, and am now seeking full time or live in employment. I have a generous personality, very easy going, and love to enjoy my work. I read to my clients, take them for walks around the neighborhood, grocery shopping to the stores, and pamper them day in and day out. I become emotionally attached to my clients and make their family my family. I am always willing to go the extra mile and perform beyond the expected standards.
