For lack of a better headline for my desires and skills, I chose "Care Gigs." I, however, feel my title would fall under "caregiver" more so than "Care Gig." I have worked several years with individuals who have been diagnosed as developmentally delayed or severely emotionally disturbed; the interaction with the individuals, though challenging at times, has indeed been a blessing. I would like to continue to work with individuals requiring assistance (who does not need assistance though, eh?). =) I have also had some experience working with infants and toddlers and have thoroughly enjoyed every minute of those experiences--even the dirty diapers and regurgitation (it's gonna happen). I am a very capable individual and extremely punctual and responsible. Someday I hope to return to school to either earn my teaching credentials or a MA. I have aspirations and goals and do my utmost to maintain a healthy, balanced life outside of work so I can be the best while at work.
