From 2004 to 2007, I attended the Community College of Allegheny County and received an Associate in Science for Business Management. In 2003, I attended Robert Morris University for human resources management. I went to Quaker Valley High School and graduated in 2003. In high school, my course work included: Office Productivity Application, Business Law, English Composition 1 & 2, Ethics, Oral Communication, Macro-economics, Financial and Managerial Accounting, Intro to Sociology, and Intro to Psychology. I was employed through United Cerebral Palsy as a residential supervisor from March to September of 2008. I served as the primary contact for any persons providing to the programmatic, financial, or medical needs of the participants. I tended to payroll functions, such as scheduling, P. T. O requests, reviewing and approving bi-weekly time sheets and hard copies, and reconciling bank accounts for the participants in the two residential sites. I directly supervised and payed any bills inclusive but not limited to their housing, medical, and programmatic needs. I served as the "on-call" for emergencies related to the financial, medical, and programmatic needs of the participants as specified by the governing policies and procedures. I hired, trained, disciplined, and dismissed the current or prospective employees as outlined by the governing policies and procedures. I also worked as a supportive services aide from November of 2004 to March of 2008. I monitored and charted goal progress. I administered blood readings, insulin, medications, and chart diabetic information. I satisfied client-specific dietary needs and coordinated activities as well as home visitation outings with family and friends. I tended to all matters involving the upkeep of proper client- specific hygiene. At Robert Morris University, I had a work study job as a Librarian's aide from February to April of 2004. I utilized the voyager circulation system to manage student accounts. I aided students in acquiring information by book, article, or professor logs, etc. I charted statistical information. I am among "Who's who" among high school students. I won The President's Education Award. I received high honors at high school graduation, and upon graduation of college, I made the Dean's list in the fall of 2007 and 2008.
