When we do pre-screen, what do we look for?
During the pre-screening process our CareForce team:

very loud, workers were arguing, tv on tv off by the man (south asian Tv channel signing very loud) the the lady yelled and turned the radio on, then he yelled and turned the radio off...the pedi lady was telling me her medical problems and how poor she was, and the art on my toenails was hidious. Very un-relaxing...
