This services is a good service, most of them clean very thoroughly. The housekeepers are all employees, not contractors, and they all seem to have a good attitude. The only complaint I have is that I seem to get a new crew each time; I rarely see the same people twice. They all share information, but it is kind of difficult if you have specific instructions, you have to keep telling the new people what you want.
