Angela and 2 other members of her staff came out to my home for the first cleaning on Labor day (yesterday). It went very well. What usally takes me an entire weekend non-stop from the time I wake up Saturday to bed on Sunday took the 3 of them 4 1/2 hours to complete. I am very satisfied with their service. Many of the smudges that were on the walls that I tried to get off when I moved into the home 6 months ago are FINALLY gone. Not to mention, my boyfriend severely burned popcorn in the microwave the a few days prior and it is all cleaned up and looks spotless again. One of the cleaners did break a picture frame, but they were so apologetic and sincere about it and prompt at coming into the room where my family was, to inform us that it had happened. It was a cheap wal-mart clearance frame from forever ago and finally gave us a reason to redo our pictures in our living room that I am actually a bit thankful it happened (weird I know). The only downfall is that the cleaning was scheduled at 8am, and they didn't arrive until 8:30. Which they did notify me with the google calendar app (lifesaver!) early in the morning that it really isn't a major problem. A suggestion would be to call in route to let us know nothing bad happened in route.
All in all, after the cleaning and first impression I have scheduled my second cleaning with them. For me being 7 months pregnant, having a clean home from top to bottom is VERY important and I truly feel that my home is finally cleaned and I am finally caught up on the cleaning that I can maintain it very well between the cleanings I scheduled. I would reccommend this company to others! And I have actually shared my experience with a few of our neighbors since the cleaners left yesterday.
If you are wondering about using this company or even giving them a try. The price is GREAT and the service is top dollar (I'm still waiting for Molly Maids, Merry Maids, and several smaller companies in the area to call me from 3 weeks ago). Angela and I have emailed back and forth and I finally decided it was just time. I say go for it!
