Not impressed with this service. They aren't thorough at all. It didn't seem like a cleaning service had even been there! I ended up having to clean a lot myself afterwards (this was for a not particularly dirty condo). I also found it very difficult to get in touch with them via phone. They tend to call shortly before the appointment time to say they are going to be an hour or more late. Not worth it.
